Payment

All items listed on Tieworld.com.au are priced in Australian dollars (AUD).

Australian Customers: We accept Credit card (VISA and Mastercard) and e-check payments via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay via this method. We also accept bank deposits, money orders, personal cheques and regular Paypal Payments. If you wish to pay by money order or personal cheque, payment details will be presented to you upon checkout.

International Customers: We accept Credit card (VISA and Mastercard) and e-check payments via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay via this method. Regular PayPal payments are also accepted. Money orders and personal checks are not accepted unless a prior arrangement is made with us.

Note:Tieworld.com.au must wait for clearance of funds into our bank account before an order can be dispatched. This process usually takes 2 to 3 working business days for bank deposits, money orders, personal cheques and PayPal e-checks. Credit card and regular PayPal payments are instantly confirmed!

Shipping / Postage

Australian Customers: Regular postage via Australia Post is FREE for Australian Customers with an Australian shipping address. Express shipping via Australia Post is also available to Australian customers at an added cost and is selectable at checkout.

**Express shipping for the following items will be sent via courier instead of Australia Post: TIEBOX products, MaleBox cufflinks and boxes.

International Customers: International shipping and handling via Australia Post Standard Service is now free for a limited time only, some items are excluded.

Items are dispatched when payment has been received in full. Customers will receive a confirmation email that their item has been dispatched. Orders received after 9am AEST on Saturdays are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time

Australian Customers: For orders sent via regular postage, the delivery time frame will vary between different states ranging from 1 to 5 working business days. For orders sent via express post the delivery time is 1 business day if the shipping address is within the Next Business Day Delivery Network. Customers must provide correct billing addresses and shipping information to ensure fast delivery.

International Customers: Orders are sent by Standard International Flat rate unless alternative arrangements are made with Tieworld.com.au. Airmail takes approximately 6-13 working business days. International customers please note international shipments may require custom duties and taxes in your own country, the duties are determined by the government of the country and Tieworld.com.au has no control of these regulations. Tieworld.com.au WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the payment of these duties/taxes.

Packaging

All products are packed in padded bags or boxes to ensure that items are delivered safely. Should a customer receive the items broken please return the items in it’s original state within 7 working business days. Tieworld.com.au will reimburse the product cost including the postage cost or, if the customer wishes, we can issue credit on receipt of the damaged item. All products are thoroughly inspected before they are sent out.

Refund Policy

In the event of loss or you are not satisfied with the product received owing to a defect or quality, Tieworld.com.au will happily provide a full refund on the condition the item is returned in its original condition, undamaged. We will also refund the return postage cost. Refunds are only permitted within 7 days of the date of purchase. No refunds are given with the incorrect choice.
